Your implementation journey

From the way you work today
to a clearer tomorrow.

A successful implementation starts with understanding your business. These seven steps help us plan the change with you, prepare your information and build confidence in your team.

  1. Understand your business

We start with how your business runs today, not with a list of software features.

What we achieve: A shared picture of your business and priorities.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Walk through your daily work, departments, branches and responsibilities. Agree on what a successful implementation should achieve.

    Your team's part

Show us a few real examples: an order, a purchase, a stock movement or a payment.

  2. Find what can work better

Together, we identify where the current process creates delays, repeated work or uncertainty.

What we achieve: An agreed list of improvements, ordered by importance.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Review both manual and software-based processes. Identify missing information, repeated entries, approval delays and reporting gaps without losing what already works well.

    Your team's part

Tell us where your team spends extra time and what owners or managers struggle to see.

  3. Connect your workflow to Qukest

See how familiar business tasks will move through Qukest.

What we achieve: A practical workflow map showing how your business will use Qukest.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Map your process to the relevant tools, business documents, approvals and reports. Define company and branch boundaries and the access each role needs.

    Your team's part

Review sample workflows and confirm who enters, checks and approves each task.

  4. Agree on your specific needs

Make any business-specific requirements clear before implementation moves forward.

What we achieve: An agreed implementation scope and plan, with clear expectations.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Separate standard configuration from additional development or integrations. Agree on priorities, responsibilities, cost, timing and how each requirement will be checked.

    Your team's part

Confirm the must-haves for launch and the improvements that can follow later.

  5. Prepare and check your data

If you already use another system, plan what information needs to move and verify it carefully.

What we achieve: Checked opening information that your team has reviewed and accepted.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Identify the agreed records, clean and map them, take a source backup, and run a trial import. Compare record counts, opening balances and stock totals before accepting the migration. If there is no previous system, prepare opening records together.

    Your team's part

Provide the agreed data and have the responsible people confirm that the imported information is correct.

  6. Build confidence within your team

Train an internal team who understand both your business and the new way of working.

What we achieve: An internal team ready to guide colleagues and support day-to-day adoption.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Transfer practical knowledge through role-based sessions and realistic exercises. Help your internal champions practise common tasks, corrections and escalation steps, with useful reference notes.

    Your team's part

Nominate key users, make time for practice, and confirm that each role can complete its everyday work.

  7. Check readiness and go live

Complete the deployment through an agreed readiness check and a planned transition.

What we achieve: An agreed go-live and handover, with clear responsibilities for support.

    What happens in this step

    What we work through together

Run an end-to-end trial, check permissions and data, resolve launch-blocking issues, and agree on the switch-over plan and what to do if a problem occurs. Confirm support contacts, review the first live transactions and complete the handover against agreed acceptance criteria.

    Your team's part

Approve readiness, follow the agreed transition plan and nominate people to confirm the first live results.

The schedule depends on your business, the agreed scope and data readiness. Some activities can run together; data checks and team practice are reviewed before go-live.
